ConversionRuler is a monthly subscription, plus usage fees for landings and actions (data usage).
ConversionRuler Organic
For ConversionRuler Organic, each visitor to your site is considered a single landing. Actions are recorded based on how your site is configured but are usually transactions on your site (form submissions, orders).

ConversionRuler Sourced
For ConversionRuler Sourced, a landing is a sourced URL which contains the query string parameter "crsource":
http://www.example.com/?crsource=google
Unsourced landings (without the "crsource=") parameter are not tracked or counted towards your monthly landings, however - any actions taken by anonymous visitors are counted towards your data usage.
